Disassemble semua komponen dan cleaning
Mengukur critical clearances dan dimensi
Inspection undertaken for wear, corrosion, erosion and cavitation effects
Identifikasi penyebab kerusakan berdasarkan hasil inspeksi awal apakah karena faktor operasional atau equipment failure
Identifikasi perbaikan yang diperlukan dengan opsi penggantian dengan OEM’s parts atau reverse engineered jika diperlukan untuk efisiensi cost tanpa mengurangi kualitas yang ingin dicapai.
Balancing dan test lain yang diperlukan untuk meyakinkan penggantian sudah sesuai dengan toleransi ukuran dan acceptance criteria yang disepakati.
